you are a kākāpō and it is your birthday! is a solo-journaling game about being a flightless parrot from Aotearoa (so-called New Zealand), where you know that only you can throw the perfect birthday party!
You'll need a set of polyhedral dice (or an online dice roller) and a way to record your story.
You'll figure out who your kākāpō is, what relationships you have, and draw on those relationships to overcome challenges on the way to throwing the perfect party.
