You are a Lantern
A Guardian and guide chosen by the death god Carrion.
The Interstate is frighteningly young in the history of the world, and so is Carrion, its Death. You carry the dead to the domain of their Death, and reap those who have no Death to claim them.
In this solo journaling game, you'll devise a ritual of Reaping for a creature singular in kind, the only one of its like Earth has ever seen, and its first contact was a car at highway speed.
You must Reap it, because no one else will claim it.
Content Warning: This is a game about death, loss, and harm to an animal.
