Inspired by the studies of renowned ufologist J. Allen Hynek, this 19XXs journaling RPG sits you in his chair; studying reports of supposed witnesses of unidentified flying objects. Tasked with keeping the public tame on the matter, you and your team must sift the truth from the hoaxes, prank calls, or probable hallucinations and uncover the science beneath. Using a journal and two ten-sided dice, you will generate reports that witnesses call in. Depending on what they describe, you must decide whether it is a harmless hoax or worth investigating. You can figure out more by spending allocated funds to investigate the Public, the Media, or the Government to inch toward the truth. Failing these investigations can be potentially dangerous to your organization, however, so you must make such decisions wisely. Assemble your team and uncover the truth!
