Operation Santa

You've signed up for Operation Santa, a (real!) program that collects letters "to Santa" from kids for volunteers to send them gifts and letters. Using your collection of gifts, you'll read through eight randomly created letters from children and decide what to gift to them and whether you want to write a letter to each. This is a solo epistolary (letter-writing) and journaling game, in which you'll determine who you are, why you signed up, what your gifts are, and what to do with them. While your "character" is sure to grow from the experience (they have to, there are prompts for their growth lol), you probably will too! This is a cozy game about generosity, love, kindness, and introspection. And although you can't lose, the fact that you have fewer gifts than children to reply to guarantees at least some guilt or sorrow due to someone going without a present this year... But maybe a lovely letter will do! 🧡
