The Shepherd's Transit is the first scenario released by Kazmo Studios' upcoming TTRPG Outside the Wire.

Deploy to the dust-choked Fort Qalat AO on a high-stakes Route Security and VIP Escort mission with this complete introductory scenario, The Shepherd’s Transit. Your squad's orders are clear: sweep the Main Supply Route for IEDs and ambush indicators, insert a sniper overwatch team, and escort a senior officer through an unpredictable human terrain. The enemy is watching, and your patrol must escort the VIP Fort Qalat.

The Shepherd's Transit is the introductory scenario to the game Outside the Wire. The scenario is designed to introduce key elements of pressure, restraint, campaign consequences and skirmish rules. This scenario is rules lite—not the full set, but enough to allow quick play for solo and GM-led games.

The scenario includes character generation, a region map, and an introduction to campaign sandbox rules.
