HuntRPG is a solo RPG about a vampire chasing other vampires to kill or capture them and turn them into a government agency that probably experiments on them. In the second half of the game you are playing the hunted and have to murder people to survive.  It touches on topics of addiction, paranoia, anxiety, depression, rage, hunger, death and murder. It also references blood.
